Starting with residential construction, Son-One and its team has over 120 years of combined experience in residential and commercial development and construction. With an all in house team consisting of Architects, Designers, General Contractor, Land Development, Construction, Fabrication and Management we are a one stop company for commercial development and investing. Our current and future projects consist of Residential subdivision development, commercial development and conversions.

Hotels and Assisted Living
We specialize in building hotels, assisted living facilities, restaurants etc. We are currently building 5 assisted living facilities throughout the south in which 3 locations are going vertical. We have now teamed up with one of the country's best operators to form a new operating management company.
Manufacturing, Fabrication and Supply
Within our group of companies, Son-One strives to be as vertically integrated as possible. We have now taken the next step in our fabrication department to expand from just custom wood products from trusses to cabinets, dressers, tables and chairs to include railings, gates, metal studs, hat channel, metal ceilings, coping, flashing, web joists and almost everything else metal!! We are excited to announce a new Commercial Building Supply Center opening in the Fall of 2023.
